We are a team of dedicated Professionals committed to providing support for people living with disability and other health challenges, in the comfort of their homes and in their preferred communities. Currently, our service area is Sacramento County, and with the goal of serving people all across California and beyond. At Pathfinders, we believe every human being no matter the tribe, race, nationality, age or gender, had at one point or the other, needed help from others, and at such time we all wanted to be treated with dignity and respect. We all wanted to be understood, and our needs met with such empathy and compassion. At Pathfinders we believe care giving must be done with utmost professionalism, but from a place of love and compassion. Our team of experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are well trained and equipped with all the necessary trainings and tools to effectively carry out their responsibility as care professionals. Our DSPs understand their role in the support of others. At Pathfinders, compassion and empathy is everything, as such our DSPs do not take lightly, their responsibility as Support Professionals. The uncertainty of life makes us all vulnerable and we never know when we may be needing care and support from others. Our role is to lend a helping hand in your life journey and we believe no health challenges, nor conditions should be a barrier to your dream of living your life to your full potential.
